Tribute acts, they come and go. But how many of them go the extra mile and incorporate every detail of the mother act? Well here's one: Sounds of Simon, who deftly do living legends Simon and Garfunkel. You see, there's obviously gong to be the music; like all good folky acts, vocal delivery is pitchfork perfect and they're backed up by an accomplished band. But there's also the act element. This pair, real names Ben Bowden and Steve Green, have got the mannerisms, foibles and petty hatreds down to a tee, occasionally splitting up on stage (just like the real thing!) and reforming (just like the real thing!). With the respective members throwing a bit of solo material into the set, audiences up and down the land are treated to a quality evening's entertainment. And in real life they detest each other.
